Our Customer Service
We strive to provide you with the best possible customer service by offering you the fastest shipping. All in stock items are shipped out within 72 hours of order placement in most cases (excluding holidays or weekends) via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We will confirm your order and send you an individual email with tracking information so you know when to expect your order or you can log in to your account for order status and tracking information.
We respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt. If you have any questions or problems placing an order, we are happy to help. If there is a current Roman product that you do not see on our website, feel free to email or call us and we will order it for you at no additional cost. If there is a retired item that you do not see on our website, email us or call us with your requests. If we are able to locate the item, we will contact you if you are still interested in purchasing the item.
